Public Procurement Specialist

Eco Step Armenia is looking for a Procurement and Tenders Specialist who will be responsible for searching for public and private tenders, organizing the entire participation process, as well as implementing corporate sales.

 

Main Responsibilities

• Research of tender conditions, assessment of compliance
• Constant search and analysis of public and private tenders
• Complete preparation of tender packages (documents, calculations, proposals)
• Submission of tenders, monitoring of the process and summarizing the results
• Organization and monitoring of the procurement process
• Cooperation with internal departments (sales, finance, legal)
• Sales implementation and development
• Search for new corporate partners and conducting negotiations
• Preparation of contracts and monitoring of transactions
• Preparation of reports and analysis of results

Requirements

• Higher education (preferably in economics, business or a related field)
• Work experience in the field of tenders or procurement is desirable
• Good skills in drafting and managing documents
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of Armenian, knowledge of Russian and/or English will be considered as an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs
